fixed step to free style spinning hands
 

After practing fixed step sticking/spinning hands with a partner and learning the basic exercise footwork, are there any intermediate partner drills with moving step or do you just go right to free style sticking/spinning hands?

in the moving step spinning you basically spin and then try to flow with your partners stepping, one forward, one back, etc.

i'm actually at this stage in my training and i plan to pick up some more tips from Sifu this weekend at the intensive.
