Tension in the 15 basic exercises
So, for those of you that practice the 15 on your own time, how much tension do you use? I've gone back and forth, and am pretty happy with that.
Since I've been doing a lot more of the grabbing/tendon strengthening tension exercises, my 15 has started to feel much more unified, so now I'm thinking about going to exclusively working with a fair amount of tension.
