That's good Ashe. It looks the same as what we're doing with a couple of small differences, erm the fend (no.9) we do a little more circular and the threading (no.15) with a side step and a cat stance . Maybe that's what Sifu pointed out Don't know, just checking my version!
I need to post some stuff on youtube, but not sure if I got the right software. Keep up the good work I learning through it, looks like your workshop was more fighting based, ours are a little more sensitivity and awareness, although we did do the chin na stuff as well, at least the yin and yang grabs and some applications. Enjoyed the ones on kicking with the spins and the slap hand entries, very useful. Thanks, Steve |

i should have more "frontal" energy in my fend. that was one of the corrections the Sifu gave.
AFAIK, you need to step into the threading hand after the cat stance.

Hi Ashe
I dunno about the stepping, I'm still learning it. Yours looks like you got the fa-jing happening. When's the 'legacy' ? Steve |

for instance, on the hook, the shoulder should be open and not closed, and it makes all the difference in whether or not the hook captures the mass properly. nice to see you here btw!
