Yeah mate, that's the type of thing I've been talking about, I joined a juggling group and that's what they call contact juggling. Also try balancing a short straight stick anywhere on your arm, even harder if you try two, one on each arm! I think that it helps us as we have to have awareness on both points of contact at the same time.

yeah, my main goal was actually just to use the ball to see if i could maintain horizontal, the idea being, that if i could maintain a perfect horizontal, the ball wouldn't roll anywhere.
as you can see... i failed. i'm not sure how much of this is really useful, since at a certain point, any ability to flow like this won't carry over to your sticky hand and you'll just keep getting better at "contact juggling", but i think 15 min or so a couple times a week can help keep you loose and sharp in between workouts with a partner.

Yeah these things are supplementary to the training system, nothing beats partner training for real sensitivity.
